Land Training & Yoga
At Hackney Aquatics, we know that being an great swimmer is about more than stamina and technique. This is why we support our swimmers with a range of additional offers, which makes HAC unique in many ways.

All of our swimmers have access to land training, which from this season has been specially designed by an experienced physiotherapist to address common concerns for swimmers: building core strength and stability, flexibility and injury prevention. In addition, we offer yoga sessions for all of our competitive squads. Our A-Squad also learn about goal-setting, time management and mindfulness, to help them deal with conflicting priorities and demands on their time.
