Gala Expectations

This meet is the last meet of the season for those not attending national competitions and so will be a great opportunity to race at Barking and Dagenham’s pool with swimmers from all across the region. It is also an opportunity to achieve county times for next season.

When not competing themselves, swimmers are expected to remain on poolside and support their team mates.
