Well done to our September 2019 Swimmer of the Month winners - the first one of the season! The SOTM is awarded to swimmers who work hard, show great performance in training and competition, have a good attendance record, demonstrate great team spirit, and are respectful and well-mannered to each other and their coaches.
Each winner will receive an Arena goody pack and certificate. The Petchey winner will also receive an extra certificate and access to the Petchey Foundation
Agnese Arpesani - HAC 1 (Sunday)
Agnese has made a excellent start to the season striving to improve her strokes every lesson. She has been attending all her academy sessions and taking onboard essential feedback ensuring she is adapting it to her stokes. Agnese’s positivity and drive can be seen through her swimming in every academy session! Well done Agnese, Keep up the hard work.
Mateusz Miskiewicz - Skill Development 1
Mateusz has made a positive start to the season. Pushes everyone in his lane to be better by working smart and hard on every session. Also, brings a great willingness to compete more which is what skill development 1 is about.
Chloe Plummer - Junior Masters
Chloe has started the season with bags of enthusiasm and drive. She’s a great role model for those in Junior Masters and shows that steady and sure mixed with hard work will get you to the end of a set. She comes to practice with lots of ideas for testing drills and challenging games many of which have been integrated into last month’s sessions. A popular and positive young lady to everyone in the squad - well done Chloe and keep bringing your ideas to practice we all love them ….
