The club desk is closed during school holidays.

Please consider volunteering once a month. The more volunteers, the more the desk will be open.

Clissold Pool, next to the entry to the changing room area.

What can you find at the club desk?

Club kit collection. You can collect webshop pre-ordered club hats and club kit
Secondhand kit and equipment sales. We collate donations of any clean and good condition club kit; fins, pull-buoys, kickboards, hand paddles, jammers, swimsuits, bags etc. that swimmers no longer use or have outgrown. We have different items every week so it’s worth checking in regularly. You can decide how much you want to donate – the more you give the more you raise for your club (and you support recycling). Drop off point any outgrown, clean, good quality club kit and equipment for re-sale (see above).
Lost & Found. We also have a lost & found box where we will keep items for up to 3 weeks (after which time items will be added to the secondhand sale).
We will try and help you if you have any queries. If you’re new to the club we are very happy to answer your questions about galas, time tables, equipment etc.

How much time does volunteering take?

You will only have to give one hour each month.

And as you’re likely to be at the pool whilst your child is swimming it should not require too much of an additional time commitment.

You will know in advance when to volunteer as there is a rota; for example an individual would volunteer every first Monday of the month only.

And don't worry if you have to cancel last minute. We communicate via WhatsApp and most of the time someone can swap your hour if you cannot make it.
