Back by popular demand, these skills clinics are for Regional and County squads with scope for Academy or potential London Youth Games swimmers if space allows.

The programme is led by Level 3 national coach Wayne, our expert coaching team will run two pool sessions each day with dedicated land training and video analysis.

Swimmers will need to bring their swim kit (costume, hat, goggles, board, pullbuoy, paddles and fins if they have them), a water bottle and light lunch to help fuel their day.

Timings

9:00 - 9:45       Arrive, registration, introduction and welcome
10:00 - 11:30    Swim session 1 [topic covered e.g. free and fly or starts/turns]

11:45 - 12:30      Land training for swimming with exercises to practice at home

12:30 - 13:15      Time to relax, recharge and enjoy a light lunch
13:30 - 15:00    Swim session 2 [topic covered e.g. back and breast or starts/turns]

Fees

We are aiming to keep prices accessible for as many people as possible to be able to benefit from the sessions and can offer these sessions for £60 per day of £100 for the two days.

Payment will be required in advance and support may be available for HAC swimmers in the access programme. Please contact the treasurer here if you would like to apply for the access programme.
